NORTHERN DECKWORKS

We've spent our first year with our covered porch built by Tim O'Neill and his expert crew led by John. The EZ Breeze windows have been a plus. This mild winter provided us with many days of extra enjoyment as we sat outside with a little help from a heater. We are so glad we listened to Tim's suggestion to make the space bigger than we originally thought we wanted. It's our favorite place to relax and enjoy the nature surrounding our home.

After looking into various companies we selected Northern Deckworks. Tim and his crew quickly removed our old deck and built a gorgeous new deck much quicker than the deadline we had agreed to. We would highly recommend Northern Deckworks to anyone looking for a new deck.

We looked at numerous screened porches before we selected Northern Deckworks. What impressed was not only the quality and design, but how good the porches they built ten or more years ago still look. Our porch absolutely surpassed our expectations. When you select a contractor, you do your research, check references, and then pray it goes well. Tim O'Neill and his workers were the answer to our prayers. They take pride in their work and it shows. We couldn't be more pleased.

Our new porch backs up to a community pathway and not a week goes by that someone gives us a comment on the beautiful appearance of our porch. We were very fortunate in our research to find Northern Deckworks. From the time that Tim O'Neill sat down with us to design, give us the price and throughout the completion, he has always been available. He is responsive and customer satisfaction is one of his top priorities. The quality of work, materials and design surpassed our expectations.

Northern Deckworks came highly recommended by two of our neighbors. We were able to see the high quality of their work and they did a fantastic job on our home. Tim and John worked to transform our limited backyard space into a great place to relax, entertain, and enjoy. Tim worked with us not only on the deck plans (with mahogany and cedar plus Eze-breeze window upgrades) but did a super job of integrating a large flagstone patio under the deck, plus building an adjacent fire pit. John is, by far, the most talented carpenter craftsmen in this area. We are 100+% satisfied and highly recommend them.

I had seen Northern Deckwork's screened porches on our street and inour neighborhood and was impressed with the workmanship. I met Tim and we knocked out a design that include a 20x16 screened porch, exterior deck, four season room in place of my old screened porch, and a shed under the new porch. I couldn't be happier with the final product; the screened in porch is my favorite room in the summer and my four season room is my favorite room in the winter. I would definitely use Tim again.

The devil is always in the details and Northern Deckworks gets the details right the first time. From start to finish, this was a painless experience - Tim helped us design our deck and suggested additions that we hadn't even considered such as angling one side of the upper deck to better fit our terrain. His crew arrived promptly early each morning (weather permitting) and worked until after dark for 10 days to build our 635 sqft, two level deck. We are very pleased with the result.

You will not find a better quality product anywhere! Tim and his crew built a masterpiece. we ABSOLUTELY LOVE our porch, deck, and spa cedar privacy wall and trellis. The craftsmanship is unmatched. Tims crew meticulously sanded and stained all rafters before they were ever installed! This led to a perfect blend of cedar and high quality yellow pine ceiling that looks spectacular. The edge work detail on all of the wood is amazing. Time only uses the highest grade treated pine and cedar!

We absolutely love our beautiful new porch, patio, and firepit - thanks to Northern Deckworks. Tim (owner) sat down with us and explained the process and prices. Throughtout the process when a question came up, he was very willing to discuss the issue. His crew was prompt, worked hard, and polite. They answered questions when we had them too. Weve had a follow up issue and Tim sent his crew back to help out with it in a very timely manner. We have suggested NDW to our friends!

We cannot say enough great things about the amazing screened in porch and deck Tim built for us. He is a professional who is not satisfied until the finished product meets his high standards. We hired Patty and absolutely love the result. Her quality and attention to detail are a perfect complement to Tim.

I recently had a screened in porch built by Northern Deckworks during February and March. Despite the questionable weather conditions the project was finished in a timely manner and the end result did not only meet my expectations it TOTALLY EXCEEDED them. It is a beautifully designed outdoor room. The two man crew that built the porch were firndly and courteous and kept the project area neat. The carpentry is flawless and the ocst was 40% less than two other estimates I received!

Hired Tim to build a screen porch and couldn't be happier. The combination of his design experience and the quality of his crew was exceptional. The craftsmanship is second to none. The porch is the focal point of our home. Way to go Northern Deck Works!

I originally hired Tim O'Neill and Northern Deckworks about 16 years ago to teardown my little deck and build a large deck, with a screened in porch, built-in benches and a surround for my hot tub. We loved the deck and used it often. 16 years later the deck still looked great. However it was time to remove the privacy fence and the hottub. I only called one deck company. Tim came out, replaced all the decking, plus built a beautiful flagstone patio. Northern Deckworks is the best in decks.

The work was just completed on our new deck and porch by Northern Deckworks and we couldn't be happier with the results, and the whole process in general. Tim came out, took measurements and drew the plans up right there. He also stayed in contact during the duration of the project, informing us of any changes or anomalies that came up. The work itself is fantastic. John and Charlie were great; they came every day, even in the rain, were polite, neat, informative when we asked questions and worked hard. They even took the time to engage my young kids who loved watching them work. Everyone who has seen the finished results say it's beautiful. I would highly recommend Tim and his crew!
